Goddamn. That might make me forget about the cost of shipping, at least for a little while.

Why ship - sail the inside passage, cross the Gulf and get lost in the sound. Good videos done by Flemming Yachts Prince William Sound.

A view of the Harbor. Had to help a neighbor change out his wind vane. Guess he dosen't like heights.

Boat currently here; but ashore, near the red crane amongst the trees in the top Left hand corner! We're separated due to the virus, so no sailing this summer. Photos from our Swedish friends show what we are missing! We're only at 60º N, so at least we don't have snow on the hills!

61-N here - not much more than you. Prince William Sound is North America's most North rain forest. Alot of rain in the summer (over 200-inches in some places) and my hometown can get up to 550 inches of snow at sea-level. The mountains you see in the back ground have recorded a 1000-inches of snow in a good year.

With that said winters are not what they use to be. Glaciers have melted back miles upon miles. One of our glaciers in town had a pretty massive calving event a few weeks ago. About 0.5 kilometers sluffed off and is clogging up the lake.

Heck during the 4th it got in the mid 80's  . Just crazy....

Sorta boating. Took 4 days off to spend time at a friend's cabin on the lake. Brought our new dingy-outboard with us to run it in regards to the break-in period.

Photo was taken at 4:30 am during an earlier morning bathroom break.
