Trinity is back on the market in 2026 asking USD 55,000 ono. I am now a 2 boat owner so I will look at all offers.

What precipitated dropping the keel? Was there an issue with the keel bolts? Is this the deep draft keel or the wing? Any chance you have pictures of the process? I’ve long wondered about dropping the keel on this boat, because it is bedded in epoxy rather than 5200. This obviates the need to periodically torque the nuts on the keel bolts, as the epoxy is not flexible like 5200 is.

There was no particular issue with the keel. A few years back I had noticed a fine crackline between the keel and the bottom of the boat and I considered it prudent to get the yard to drop the keel and rebed . I think they put on new bolts at the time. No issues since.
