21' Freedom - Need to find a Top Bolt for Tiller to connect to my boat

Hello All,

I’m new to this group. A few years back, I purchased a 21’ Freedom.
The bolt that holds the Tiller to the boat was lost over the winter.

During my first sail of the season, my Tiller almost fell off.
Please help!

Can anyone direct me to obtaining a new bolt? I’ll buy a few, just in case.

Do you mean this one:

If so you just need to measure the aperture and length then order a 316 stainless steel bolt and lock nut of the appropriate size. I cannot measure mine atm but it’s about 1/4". Yours may be different (mine is the UK lifting rudder) so best to measure.
