Well, we spent last Saturday and Sunday sailing again down here on
Tampa Bay. The wind was light mid day but the breeze picked up about
3pm both days and it was “go time”. I have decided that the boat will
be headed to the local yard before this week is finished and will be
hauled for a complete bottom job, as well as a windex mounted atop the
mast.
Does anyone have any contacts for sails? I did get a quote for a new
one but it was $2100. If I go the new route it’ll have to wait, In the
meantime I’d be interested in a “very good” condition main, jib, or
spinnaker.
Thanks,
Jim

You might want to look on baconsails.com. Some Freedom 25’s can use a Melges 24 main. Happy hunting.
