Another F21 Mast Rigging Quiz!

Still the new guy on the water but I have another quiz regarding the Mast and rigging this time.
The instructions online state the main halyard is to exit the starboard and the spinnaker halyard to exit the port.

What if they don’t? Does it really matter?

Been trying to make sure everything is supposed to be per the F/21 commissioning instructions, but they just aren’t. The main halyard exits the port and the spinnaker the starboard.

Will this impact the performance in that the lines are seperated in the cockpit as far as control goes?
The spinnaker clew lines are on the port and the halyard line now is on the starboard?

Does this mean that when they installed the rigging initially they have somehow crossed the lines in the mast.
Are they possibly crossed in the mast and will possibly foul my lines or cause excessive abrasion on the lines?

Then this gets into another question… If I wish to or need to re-run the lines in the mast… how does one go about doing that? I’ve not seen any instructions on replacing the halyard lines. Do I have to unstep it, or what?

Thanks for listening!

personaly id leave it be and see how it works
the danger is if you mess them about the lines get tangled inside the mast
if the mast is ashore ive used a piece of old rigging wire or fibreglass as a mouse and shone a torch up the mast to check for twists
we once had to cut a spi halyard on a boat i raced on and we replaced it by lowering a fishing line down the inside of the mast with a piece of bike chain on the end and fished it out of the slot with a bent piece of wire
it worked.if you were woried about wraps you could pull the boat over a few degreed with a halyard ashore so it slid down the inside of the mast so it didnt dangle about and possibly go round and round another halyard.

Thanks for the reply Phil. Going to stick with “it works-so dont’ fix it” at this point.

Went out for 7 hours Saturday with the wife and a couple ladies. Winds in the upper 20’s. I know it’s a lake we’re sailing on and doesn’t compare to the ocean voyages I’ve been reading. Still was loads of fun. The boat handles extremly well. Ran at full sail down and back, then reefed it down a notch the second time about. Definately much smoother the 2nd go round.

Stopped for a moment and dropped sail to jump out for a swim. Wife got all excited but she figured out how to start the motor and come pick me up as the winds swept the ladies away in the boat. Was another interresting moment…
Need to invest in an anchor apparently! That and an easier way for for me to climb into the boat.
