Winch should be labelled with a model #. Should be written right on
top of the drum.

You really shouldn’t need much in the way of spares for a Barient
winch. Just try not to lose anyting when you take it apart for
servicing. I recommend clipping a towel to the lifelines to catch the
springs and whatnot as they try to make their headlong escape towards
the murky depths.
