I asked the same question a while ago, and found out that Jim Demerest down here in Maryland did one.
I can’t find the thread anymore, but if I remember, it wasn’t cheap.
If Jim is around I am sure he will answer…

The conversion was done, by TPI, before I bought the boat. I had them replace the deep draft keel with a wing, but don’t have a price as it was part of the sale.
Might try Paul Dennis at Warren River Boat works.

Ed,
When I bought my F36, I looked into this myself. Unfortunately, the original
mold has been destroyed. So the relatively simple process of molding a piece
and attaching it to the boat is not an option. When the mold was available, I
heard prices in the $4000 - $6000 range.
Since I work at the factory, I considered bringing my boat in and use it as a
form to make another mold. Unfortunately, the necessity of paying my daughter’s
college tuition has determined that I sell. While I still need to sell my boat,
adding a platform will make it more marketable.
If enough people are interested to help defray the cost, I will reconsider
making another mold. Especially if I have buyer for my boat.

Hi Ed-
I probably have the most recent info, as I delivered my converted 30/32
from Paul Dennis on the 3rd of July! As noted by others, Freedom
destroyed the original 32 and 38 swim platform molds. Paul had to
modify the platform from the “old” 32 (hoyt) that is still around. THe
cost came to around $4000 for my 30 (exact amount not available as I
also Awlgripped the boat). I know he has done similar for the 36.
We did a refit at the same time on our 1987 30, and can’t say enough
about the quality of Paul’s work (replaced the Syntron seal, fixed
ports etc)
