Greenbeard,
depending on what needs to be done to your main hatches, you might
try refurbishing instead of replacement. On bright star, the forward
hatch leaked badly. I sent the hatch top to Select Plastics in CT,
and they turned it around very quickly with new plexi and new seals.
It cost half of a new hatch, and once the winter cover is on, I’m
sending my main hatch for the same work.

I don’t know on the 28, but on mine the hatches were made by Goiot,
who are still in business but no longer manufacture that particular
size hatch. That was my problem with the bomars, too - I could find
one close to the same size, but I’d have had to do a LOT of resizing
of the hole in order to make it fit right.

just my two cents, but if you look up Select Plastics on the web and
give them a call, they may have some good suggestions for you.
