Engine Supplied Hot Water (Domestic)

Posted by rbrown739 (bob.brown@…>)

I’ve got a leak in one of the hoses going to the hot water heater.
There is a lot of hose to replace and a lot of trouble for something I
never use. Anyone know if I can 1)Plug up the outlet and inlet on the
engine or 2) short circuit the outlet to the inlet on the engine?

Thanks,

Bob

I removed the hot water heather and all the hoses. It must not have
been too difficult because I did it myself. The hardest part was
removing the tank. I also rid our 32 of the pressure water system,
installing a foot pump in the galley and a manual pump in the head.
No regrets on either change.
