Fellow F-21 owners. I count the electrical hookups on the Merle and
the “Engineered,” as follows. Two running lights, 2 v-berth lights,
main cabin fluorescent, top of the mast, a lighted compass, and an
autohelm. That’s six things electric. In the Engineered boat there’s
also a radio, a fan and a coffee-maker. I’ll be happy with the first
six, and don’t want the autohelm. I want a GPS. The only thing wired
on my boat are the running lights, and I’m not sure they work. I’ll
find out tomorrow when I hook up a battery.
My question is, is the “Electrical panels Dual 6-gang switch panels
mounted on sink wall” the place where the wires go to be switched on
and off, and also the place where the juice from the battery goes to
provide that power?
Just trying to see if I’m on the right track.
Thanks for your patience.
BTW, I’m not coming in last anymore in the weekend races. Sometimes
next to last, sometimes better.
