Does anyone have the batten lenghts tabulated for the F-25? Or are
they different for each sailmaker?
I lost one because the batten wasn’t properly fastened in place.
(the yard rigger that knows everything!) Also where can I get new
battens and the end caps? All help will be appreciated.

I recently had new battens cut for my F 21 and the sails repaired, any
questions I had were answered by

They are nice people and they make everything right in the shop for all
kinds of sailboats.
They have a great web site with good information for everyone about cut and

ps I had the same problem last fall when I bought my boat, I lost several
battens and the sails were torn. I thought I needed end caps too, but the
ends slid into a plastic pocket and should stick out about an inch beyond
the sail. They should be long and tied in tight adding a slight bow to the
sail.
