Hi All-
I broke a few sail slugs in my F-25 last weekend. I figured I’d just
go to West Marine and get some replacements, but I found they come in
several sizes. I’m suspicous that the wrong size were installed by a
previous owner. The failure mode seemed to be that one of the side
tabs broke off, then the rest of the slug popped out of the track. I
can’t measure them untill I go out to the boat this weekend, but I
wanted to buy them ahead of time and just show up at the boat and
change out the slugs. I’m thinking I should replace all 18 of them to
prevent future failures, especially if they are the wrong size.
The mast is the round version. Does anyone know the proper size?
