F29 in Rochester

Does anyone know the F29 in Rochester NY. It was on the market, was
sold, but came back.

The broker doesn’t answer e-mails so it seems to make more sense to
ask here so I know if the boat is worth persuing and what the real
value might be.

I had posted some comments awhile back regarding F-29. In general, my wife
and I felt the boat had been neglected for quite some time and needed some
TLC. Maybe all issues are just cosmetic but for first time boat buyers we
just passed.
