F32, PANACEA, STILL LEADS CLASS IN BERMUDA 1-2

Posted by George Herchenroether (g.herk@…>)

Panacea is ahead in class by about 50 miles, with 266 miles to go.

At the end of
leg 1, she is second. Leg 2 back to Newport begins Thur and
the second crew is brother to skipper.
Winds are much stronger than on the outbound leg, favoring the downwind
ability of a freedom.

Mr. Herchenroether, Glad to hear that PANACEA is doing
so well, being the ownner of a f32 and in the prosess
of redoing my sail`s. I was wondering if anyone knows
where there is a photo,or information on her sails.
Jack on “CHAMELA” thank you

Panacea fared
not well on the return leg. Got caught with a number of other boats in a doldrums.

As for the sails…I
have no clue…others surely know more than I do about the F32.
