I have a 1987 F36 and the Whale brand pump I have needs to be rebuilt but I am having difficulty identifying what kit to order! I have the manuals that were supplied with the boat but it doesn’t have the pump manual included.
My F36/38 came with a Whale Gusher Titan. Amazon carries rebuild kits.

Open up your pump to check for debris stuck in the valves. Be careful not to over tighten the clamping ring,(it may crack)

You can also post the pictures and measurements on a boating forum, and someone familiar with that model will likely recognize it. If you need it fixed quickly, a marine mechanic might be able to rebuild it for you or suggest a compatible replacement kit.
