There was a schooner for sale in SF Bay a while back. We used to
liveaboard a 39 ketch. That would be a lot more boat than we need
right now. The 39’s are wonderful boats and have a great Ron Holland
designed hull. It’s a contemporary modified fin with full skeg rudder.
Absolutely wonderful boat in a seaway. Very nice motion. I wish
Freedom had used a similar underbody on other models aside from the
44.

Found the ad for this boat in the March issue of “Latitude 38”. Phoned
Nelsons and they said the boat had been sold and was still in the Bay
Area. If any one runs across a F39 PH we are serious buyers for a good
