I will be selling my Freedom 21 next month. Her name is Top Cat. She
is a shoal draft boat. She comes with a trailer with three new tires
and wheels. She is registered in NYS. She has a 4hp motor that works
great. It was serviced last year.
I have been updating her for about a year, so she is loaded with extras.
She has brand new custom computer designed mainsail from Somerset
sails that is fully battened. There are a couple of other sails
including a spinnaker that was repaired by Somerset Sails.
She has a new battery that was never used.
A new radio antenna, not installed, but no radio.
The interior of the boat is very clean and looks like new.
The bottom was scraped and coated twice with antifouling paint.
There is one project that I haven’t completed. The starboard
plexiglas was removed last year to reseal it. Before I formally
advertise this boat I will remove the plexiglas clean off the old
sealent and replace it with a better sealent. After that the book
will look very nice and I expect will sell quickly.
I will post photos as soon as it is warm enough here for me to take
the heavy canvas cover off of her. You are welcome to come look at
the boat at any time. Contact me first.
If you buy the boat now and save me the time of having to spruce her
up for sale you can have her and the trailer for $5,399. The asking
price will go up when she is formally listed to the public.
