Looks like i will be scrapping thy boat. A lot of wet core and not worth the time and cost. Hate to see the mast go to the dump. I will pull them if anyone is interested. Free but you will have to pay for the shipping from Alaska. I usually use a barge company from Tacoma to Anchorage. Actual dump run (srapping) will not happen till May .

I do have the boat up for sale but no takers. Stay in touch and I’ll see where things go. I haven’t yet inquire about actual shipping prices yet.
Do you still have these? Im in Juneau and would be very interested in the mizzen mast. Shipping might still be a bit tricky.

I’m 220 lbs and have done it several times without issue on my 39 Express.

It’s no less safe than climbing an aluminum mast. Look up the Prusik knot and make sure you have a safety line.
