Bought a 33 and previous owner never used the water system for the 15 years he had it. Said he could never find the water pump to replace it. I bought the boat to live aboard not sail, and don’t know much about working on boats. Anybody know where the water pump is? I’d like to replace it and get the water working. Cheers!
Mine is in the back locker with the califier
Jabsco 40 psi par max 3 pressure activated pump, filter and accumilator all fastetned to the bulkhead feeding cold water and the hot water califier .addd an extra carbon filter under the galley sink to the cold feed to extra filter the drinking water
decide what feed speed and how many taps you want as bigger pumps are quite expensive and often not needed
I bypassed the pump pressure switch and fitted a whale external pressure switch as this is what tends to fail on water pumps
