I am sending an copy of the insurance survey I had done last year. The boat is in good condition with some exceptions( see survey) . The motor mounts needs replacing and the engine is the original. If I were keeping this boat I would probably weigh major overhaul vs replacing. The sails are very new with very little use. I have been too busy and or too sick to sail the boat. My father was the original owner and I am the second owner. The boat is at Cabrillo Marina in San Pedro. I am selling the boat this year as it is plain I am not using it and it needs a new home.
