she can sail right now - good dry hull; serviceable sails; sound steerage; functional engine; fresh paint; fresh rigging
she needs a galley, wiring, some instruments, and some cosmetics to be a legitimate $75k ocean-crosser
totally possible to live aboard, tackle projects at your leisure, and save $50k
ignore the pricing on YachtWorld (she’s the blue + red one in NH for $44.9k)
