Hi everyone, I’m back. After selling my Freedom 30 in Seattle a couple years ago I just bought a Freedom 39 Express in NY. I’m remote for a while and trying to make future plans. Is there another F39 owner out there who knows what model v-drive transmission was used, and particularly the angle difference between the motor and the shaft? My boat has a Yammer 4JHE installed, which seems to be mounted horizontally (zero fore/aft tilt). Thanks!
Not sure if this is what you are looking for but this is the transmission in White Wings hull 35. The manual does not give the angle of deflection built into the case that I could see. My engine is also a 4JHE and is installed level.

Not sure the difference between the 39 express and 39 PH but I have an 85 version of the latter:
- 4JH5E
- Kanzaki KM 35P
- 2.36:1
- No idea about angle of deflection
- FWIW - 3 bladed bronze prop, 18" with 15deg pitch
- Running at 2100 RPM does about 6.8 - 7kts boat speed
Thanks for the replies. I think the “150” in the Hurth model number means a 15 degree deflection - at least from what I found online. I’m working on an electric conversion and trying to figure out how to squeeze in the motor, preferably without the v-drive. I’m fairly certain I can eat into the forward cabinet next to the sink and make it happen with an Electric Yachts QT20. More measuring to come - I plan to do the conversion towards the end of 2023 sailing season.
