Freedom 40 40 - Hull #1 - First Sail In 6 Years

Hi,

We bought Flying Freedom, a Freedom 40 40 just under a year ago after she had been sat on the hard for nearly 6 years. We have spent a lot of time, and as with boats, money, getting her fit to sail again.

Yesterday was the day we finally took her out and she didn’t disappoint as we cruised The Solent, Portsmouth UK.

Haha, yeah. We’ve had to do a lot of fixes but she’s nearly back to her best now

Beautiful boat! Thanks the video. What model drone did u use. Wish u were in Portsmouth RI rather than UK so I could see it up close although I will be in your area in September to see the HMS Victory.

Ben is being modest and not banging his drum about his youtube channel, so I will. One day i was drinking my morning coffee and watching youtube, and the algorithm suggested I watch this video right here. Its pretty neat to watch a couple get to know their new boat.
