Is there any reason that the mast cannot be repaired?
If the break is fairly low it should be possible.
I would think that one could cut the mast at the crack and fashion an
internal sleeve to connect the two pieces: epoxy the insert and inner
surfaces of mast and slide together. Then glass the area at joint.
This is similar to what is done with the hinged mast found on the shoal
draft model.
If the break is way up high, that may be a problem since the mast is
supposed to bend at the top to shed load. It might be hard to make a
properly flexible repair up high.

The break is up at the halyard blocks. Also the middle o the mast has
alot of surface checking.
