Anybody in the Newport Area that wants to help me rig this thing. I
think I have all the parts.
Are there only 2 teflon sleeves or 4? Where can I get some replacements?

Hello Mike,
I live in CT and could drive up to Newport to help you but not till
the beginning of September. As for the two sleeves, the ones on my F25
were totally disintegrated when I bought my boat in May. I replaced
them with three delrin buttons and find that they work very well. In
the files folder of this forum there are some pictures of these
buttons from a British F21( May 30 2006 post). My Hoyt boom sleeve
only has three 1/4" holes on each side not four.
