Hints & Tips - reduce black water streaks on your hull - All Freedoms w/toe rail

This one isn’t mine but it’s a good one to pass along. I had black
steaks below several of the holes in my toe rails along the midships.
A F36 owner showed me his solution. Find the lowest hole along the
toe rail. The one that will start spilling 1st as water puddles on
the deck. Take a drill and wear down a slot as close as you can get
to the toe rail deck edge. This will let the water select this spot
to drain. You still will get a black streak but it’s easier to clean
1 than 10! This also reduces the puddling on the deck, keeping you
decks cleaner and reducing salt water / aluminum corrosion.
