Avventura is a Gary Hoyt designed Freedom 32, hull # 23, built in
1984. She was bought by me in 2007and has extensively refit since then
with the goal being to bring her to close to new condition. There is
no other F32 in such fine condition. She hasn’t been in the water
since the refit was completed in September, '08.
She has a new engine installed in 2004 with less than 500 hours
estimated. Sails are replacement sails made by Haarstick that are in
very good condition: Main, Jib and Spinaker, Every nut and bolt has
been replaced, every necessary repair made and the interior, bottom,
topsides and deck have been refinished with work documented.

Hi Jack,
Geez, it seems like only yesterday that you went looking for
a boat. So sorry you need to sell it. It must be a beauty with all
the work you’ve done on it. Where do you keep it?
Best of luck to you.

I would like to advocate for fairness and honesty in presentation of
boats among owners and users in a group like this.
Your website list a lot of work you have had to do to the boat
suggesting honesty on your part, however please explain why this boat
is worth $30.000+ more than any other F32.
Your list of repairs include a lot of maintenance items which must
have been deferred by previous owners, not necessarily anything that
add value, since it suggests the boat was a wreck before you got it.
