Okay,
20 year old boat (F36/38) and the ports are leaking.
One could pull them out and find new rubber gaskets to seal, or use a caulking
over what is there (after cleaning it up well).
I am sure that the purists will say to replace the gaskets, but is there a real
reason to do so rather than to use a silicone caulk to reaseal it all??
That would obviously be much easier.
