Looking for large camber spar for to fit F45 , F40/40…thanks!

If anyone has switched to roller furling on their F45 or F40/40 we are interested in buying the camber spar…thanks, Tom K

I’ve got a camber spar off an F36 I’m looking to offload. I don’t know if it would be too short for you. I could get a measurement tomorrow. It’s in Seattle, WA.

Hi Amanda, unfortunately the F36 spar is a size smaller than needed. Should I hear of anyone else looking for your size I’ll reach back out to you. Many thanks,Tom

Thanks, Tom, and good luck to you in your search! I definitely wanted to keep my camber spar around a while after I switched to roller furling, just to make sure I was happy with the change. So far, I have been, but I also see the appeal of the original design.

Cheers!

Amanda, Compromises as they say! You may wish to return to camber spar some day. I use a roller jib on F45cc, most convenient general , but do find the need to use barber hauler on toe rail to flatten the jib off wind. Hard to match the camber spar off wind and deeper. So, I am planning to set up an inner removable stay with camber spar jib for certain conditions… enjoy your 36!! Return Cheers, Tom

I switched to a roller furling. Have the sail and the camber spar. I can send some photos.

Greetings! Thanks for your return. Yes, I am interested in camber spar and sail. What boat did they come from? Condition? Pics would be great, thanks, Tom K 434.989.2585

Hi Laker, thanks for the picture, spar looks fine. Is it from a 40/40 or 45 or other? The spar dimensions length/diameter would be helpful at your convenience. Where are you located? I am most interested. Any details on sail? Thanks, Tom K 434.989.2585
