the max prop on my 39 express has been at the “k” setting for years
and the max rpm i can get out of the Yanmar 4JHE is 3100. I would
like to try adjusting the prop over the winter but am afraid of going
too far and not being able to readjust without a haulout. Does anyone
have experience with this application. I tried max prop years ago.
They were not able to give me a definitive answer but did recommend
the “k” setting which I am using.
