As some of you may know, after 27 years and 70k miles under our keel, I’m no longer a Freedom owner. I sold BlueJacket a few weeks ago to a couple in FL who seemed to be a great fit. At the end of August I’ll be headed to South Africa to get our new Knysna 550 ready to sail back to the US. You can take a virtual reality tour of the new boat here: Blue Jacket II
I’m going to be incredibly busy over the next 6+ months, and would appreciate it if some other forum member would undertake moderating the forum. Basically it’s a very simple job. Every once in a while a member who hasn’t ever posted anything before, posts something, and a moderator needs to approve it. You’ll get a message informing you that there are pending posts. Ideally, the person(s) who do this are frequent users of the forum.

P.S. I have no problems continuing to host the Freedom forum. I also host the https://knysnayachtowners.org/ forum, which is also based on Discourse, so it’s relatively easy to manage both.
