I am in the process of purchasing a new main sail and jib (wishbone).
Sails for my Freedom 36 Hull # TSP36052F687. Sailing on Lake Ontario
out of Port Dalhousie, Ontario, I find the original mainsail area too
small for the size and weight of the boaat. I have quotes from North
Sails and Haarstik for a new main and jib. Any comments on the
sailmakers or sails would be appreciated.

Dave:
You can search the archives of this forum for discussions about Haarstick. I have Haarstick sails and love them and enjoyed dealing with them. Others disagree about dealing with them.

I will be looking for new sails for my F36 in the next year or so also. Would you be kind enough to share the specifications such as Stack Pak or similar, covers, reef points, Etc. and, most importantly the prices you are seeing.
