Thanks for your generous offer to send me the R20 plug. My
address is
below. Would you mind sending the power plug too?Just to be clear, we are talking about the plugs that are part of
the
display unit, not the plugs on the end of the wires. I will use
the plugs
you supply to protect the plugs on the end of the wires which
emerge from my
cabin top.Since I assume you are somewhere in RI (due to your post about the
40/40
sailing on Narraganset Bay) I would be glad to pick up or pay for
shipping
the whole unit and remove the plugs myself.By the way, my boat is “Hard Earned” and I sail out of New Bedford
Yacht
Club, Padanaram, MA. If you get up here give me a call or stop
by. What is
your boat’s name?Bill

My F36 came to me with a setup for using the radar unit in the
cockpit
or at the nav station. The cable runs from the antenna to the
nav
station and another cable runs from the nav station to the cabin
top
to port of the companionway. The connector on the cabin top is
difficult to protect from the weather and becomes corroded. If
someone had the 16 pin connector (SRON2A25-16P 025016) from the
back
of an old R20 that no longer works I’d be grateful to receive it
and
pay for it.Bill
I am disconnecting my R20 this weekend and would be happy to
send
you the connector before I throw away the rest. Send me a mailing
address.

The console unit is in the back of my car. Boat name
is “Counterpoint” from Newport. I thought you wanted the plugs on
the end of the wires. Since I visit this site infrequently contact
me at bjanney@… and I can arrange to meet you somewhere in
or near Newport and you can have the whole thing.Yahoo! Groups Links
