I insured my F40 with BoatUS for the last two years, and they had no issues
with the CF mast.

Subject: Re: Removing MastsMy surveyor percussion tested the entire hull. Took a while. He used
a moisture meter on a spot or two on the deck. Moisture meters are
not as simple and straight forward as you’d think. They can be
tricked particularly on horizontal surfaces. It’s critical that you
find a highly competent surveyor. This will not be someone
recommended by many brokers. When we bought our 39 in San Diego I

Former owner paid 10K and added 24,000$ in installed equipment. Have
