I think the biggest problem with this group setting is that we’re running out of
disk space for files. It would be much easier to just use an external account
to host extra files so that we could continue using this forum and free up space
for users to upload a few files here and there.
I could easily set up hosting on a domain for files like that and create an FTP
account that group moderators could use for administration. (Viewing would be
open) I’m sure that George could put up something similar as well.
If we do something like this, we don’t have to worry about what forum software
to use or how to migrate everybody off of it.
