me, and I’m appreciative to those gutsy several of you
who suggested it. How great that you were able to snag
domains. Thanks for being early on the ball to do
that.
One of us ought to find that earliest hapless brave
soul who suggested this, and invite him in as a
charter member. That
fellow in Europe who first had the folly to suggest
volunteering his time to organize a searchable site
elsewhere.
Believe he got summarily torched for his
thoughtfulness.
And we haven’t heard much from him since. My
Earlytimers
is kicking in: can’t remember his name. I’ll go back
through old (non-searchable) other posts. See if I can
find him.

Very welcome. There will always be critics but I think the amount of progress already made even at this chaotic stage is encouraging. Your thoughts seem good ideas to me.
