Sean,

They are for the optional teak table when you have it in the cockpit.

Yes, we’ve had four for dinner in the cockpit.

Plans for the table are at the Freedom21.info site. I drew it for
someone else a while back.

Great help, Nick. We will look into it. Speaking of ladders, there
are two attachment points on either side of the rudder. They look
like the kind of fittings one would attach a bimini or ladder or
something to. They look like original equip. Anyone know what they
are for?

Sean,

I found a two piece stern pulpit that works on my F-21 at
www.catalinadirect.com for $199.95. It leaves the middle of the
stern
open so you can install a removable lifeline across it. This is
what I
wanted because I have a ladder that swings down for swimming or
access
from the dingy. My boat had an access plate in the aft of the
fuel
locker to get to the aft mounting plate bolts. I had to add a
access
plate to get to the forward mounting plate bolts.

I am sure there are others around but consider the open gate to
get
into the boat from a ladder (great SAFETY installation)
