Sad day..

Not to change the subject away from the obviously sensitive issue of
choosing a sailmaker, but I found this today:

This Domain Has Expired!

This domain is registered through Registration Technologies, Inc. and
expired on April 27, 2006. Registration Technologies offers our
customers a 40 day grace period during which they may renew their
domains without losing them. Therefore, this domain may be renewed
until June 6, 2006. After then, this registration will be cancelled.

Of course, legacyyachts.com is up, with the ads for used Freedoms. I
know, I know that there was a snowball’s chance in hell that there
would ever be a new ‘Freedom’ sailboat, but it’s still a little
depressing to see the company officially disappear.

As part of the initial effort last year to
form an owners association. I registered the domain freedomyachtowners.com . I’m
still retaining it although we haven’t moved forward. I wonder if it
would be better to obtain freedomyachts.com

Sad indeed.
Is worth grabbing onto for a quick $10 and then see what can be done with it!

Seems to be working fine now, at least as of 5/1/06 at 1:30 Pacific
coast time. May have been an oversight on their part.
