My 70 year old back is telling me it’s time to stop sailing. The timing isn’t great for me but the new owner will like it. I recently repowered with a Beta Marine-20 with high output 70 amp alternator and new instrument cluster (only 67 hours on it), and put on a new mainsail this past Spring. It’s a boat we sailed and kept maintained as a boat we planned to use a couple more years. The 1st thing I did after buying the boat in 2006 was to move the engine controls to the binnacle as they were in 1987 forward.
