Does any know if the hull on a 1987 F-36 is solid or cored below the
water line?
The Practical Sailor issue that featured the F-30 review said the
hull was solid below the waterline (on the F-30). I am installing a
a/c unit and need 2 through hull fittings, one below the water line.
Also anyone have any tips on installing an A/C Unit.
I am looking into moving the batteries to under the L-settee area and
using the old battery area for the Unit. I wound put it under the V
berth but a have a 40 gal water tank there.
Thanks, Dom Venditto

The hull is cored in most locations except for the centerline, the
turn of the bilge to the keel, the hull deck joint and the transom
