EVERYBODY in the USA seems to list the Tacktick 100 speed and depth
system at exactly $999.99 and the 100 NMEA interface at $419.99. Has
anybody out there found a discounted source?

I got mine at the time of a boat show and got a show discount. the speed depth was discounted to $850. It was through layline www.layline.com.

I talked to Peter James at Jack Rabbit Energy about a month ago about
tacktick pricing, and he said that Micronet is pretty stingy about the
amount of discount they give, leading to near-uniform pricing on the
packages. Your best bet may be a boat show (perish the thought
