I’m in SW Missouri but, if the boat has a trailer, I can drive anywhere

Your price fits a boat that need TLC and new sails.
There is an F25 in Minnesota that can be bought in your range. They are
not exactly trailerable so I don’t know if you are interested.
It has some water damage due to neglect. The wraparound windows must
have been leaking for years so it has sat with water above the floor on
more than one occasion, thats how I saw it.
The deck coring is soft in spots so you would have to deal with that
(probably the windows again).
The marina has probably made sure the bilge was dry during the winter -
You can’t stay in business in MN if you don’t do that.
I am not recommending the boat nor do I have any interest in it since
it needs more work than I can give it. But you might be able to get it
for a couple grand.
If you can borrow or rent a J24 trailer with adjustable bunks you
should have no trouble getting it home.
